Lacy knew at the age of 14 she was going to be a full-time life-changer; with her skills and determination, she was going to take the beauty industry by storm. She received her license at 17 and her first chair at 19. Her mother has been her inspiration to expand and invest in her own craft. Lacy has traveled abroad to Europe to learn more techniques, worked in several pageants and DC and NYC Fashion Week, which gives her the ability to keep up with trends of the industry. Her investments allowed her to become a business/salon owner, educator, colorist, and master stylist for over 14 years. While performing behind the chair, her objective is to make her clients fall in love with themselves again, by offering countless styles, chemical services, educational needs, and therapeutic relief. Lacy strives to assist others in expanding their career and reaching their life-long goals. Becoming a salon owner is everything Lacy ever dreamt of, using her skills and creativity to make a difference in so many lives, most would say she is a hero.

Mckenzie has been an American Board-Certified stylist at Therapeutique Salon and Spa since 2011. She knew when she was little that cosmetology is what she would pursue. Her number one goal is to achieve each style requested by her clients and ensure they walk out feeling confident. While the industry is consistently revolutionizing so is she with her continued education and success learning new techniques. Education is an essential element in Mckenzie's career and remaining at the forefront of the hair industry while providing exceptional service and satisfaction to every individual she meets.
Melina Boone
Level 4 Stylist
Melina is an exceptional hairstylist and make-up artist with over 12 years of experience. While she specializes in extensions, she believes it is very important to be versed in all aspects of the industry and is consistently expanding her techniques in cutting, coloring, and styling. There are many choices and directions you can choose in the beauty industry and Melina wants to conquer them all. As a certified Redken and Pureology specialist, she is the go-to person for all things Redken and the champion of professional color care. Melina has a vibrant personality and it is shown through her work as a hairstylist.
Jessica Laughlin

Jessie has been a stylist at Therapeutique Salon since 2011. She graduated from Graham Webb Hair Academy in 2003, and shortly after became an American Board-Certified Colorist and later a Redken Certified Colorists. Jessie is persistent in remaining proficient in trending hairstyles while specializing in coloring and staying up to date with education and classes. Her mission is to ensure everyone leaves feeling better than before by over exceeding her client's expectations. Jessie will make it her number one priority to make sure your experience is superior and that she is delivering the best quality service possible.
Tiana Stirkens

Tiana has been passionate about cosmetology ever since she was a little girl. She is a mother who loves getting glammed up and being the stylist and makeup artist to her family and friends. After receiving her Associate's degree, Tiana decided to attend Cosmetology school and work toward obtaining her license.Natural hair is her specialty she loves teaching people to embrace and love their natural hair. Tiana enjoys doing styling hair and makeup for local weddings and photoshoots. Tiana’s goal behind the chair is to make every person that sits in her chair feel the best they can by offering different styles and services.
Shin Kyung
Esthetician
Shin is a sponge when it comes to skincare, gaining 47 years of experience in Western and Eastern European skincare. In 1988 she completed Seminar Le Nouvelle Esthetic Congress in Florida, graduated from Skin Therapeutic USA in 1996, and became certified in Dermalogica Expert in 2017. Shin continues to admit her area of specialized courses to International Dermal Institute post-grad and complete seminars to build and re-mold her skill while learning new techniques.
